Phase 1: Find a job!

As I reflect on all of my interview experience, I've never been very good at taking interviews. I hate selling myself so I take interviews that I am actually over qualified for. But, if I just took the time to research the company and the position I could more effectivly show how quallified I am for the job. The "work" in finding a job is not over once I've been invited to take the interview! D'uh!!

I guess it suffices to say that I'm not confident about my interview this morning. My bus was an hour late yesderday and I never fair well on buses. I get home groggy and ready to sleep! Then I get up in the am with just enough time to get ready and go. I arrived to the location just under 30 minutes before the interview to ensure that it's where I imagine it to be. I "realx" on the bench and consider my skills and what I know of the company. I actually did take a moment to check the company's website the night before. I also have a few albeit distant connections to the company and appreciate their green initiative as well as their customer focus. But of course it' all for a profit - both eyes on the bottom line. So although I love serving and giving and therefore Customer Service, sales is a challenge for me.
Oh to know one's self and decifer what that means insofar as career goes!
