Montreal-Paris Project

As referred to in my last monthly update (which you can receive by request) I will be going on a mission's trip to Montreal-Paris this summer as the first part of my internship with Campus for Christ. Here's the vision for reaching these cities.

Ignite the City of Lights

Would you like to be a light that shines in the darkness? Paris, the City of Lights, lies in spiritual darkness: France is one of the world's four official atheistic countries. Once professing to be Christian, Europe has become the largest secular influence of our day.

Paris, a recognized cultural centre, has a particular influence on the French-speaking world, including the Quebecois. Montreal, which is both a cultural centre and mission field, presents a unique opportunity to make an eternal impact on Paris, and then to the French-speaking countries of the world.

Be a light by digging deeper in the love of Christ and sharing it with others for six weeks this summer. While in Montreal and Paris, you will live in Christian community, participating in an intense, cutting-edge ministry, equipping you to study and apply the Word on your campus and in your future career. Catch the vision for what God is doing in the Francophone world. Come and see your life changed, and by the grace of God, lives will be brought from darkness into light.
